Whether it’s perimenopause or the general chaos of living a busy life sandwiched between aging parents and newly independent kids, it’s easy to understand how exhaustion, stress or overwhelm are frequent visitors. Maybe you feel on edge more than usual or you just don’t feel like yourself in general anymore. You certainly aren’t alone – this is a NORMAL phase of life AND there is a positive path through it!

Taking great care of yourself can feel so much harder when you’re taking care of everyone else. Please hear me when I say…you are worth taking care of too!

As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I serve as a guide for education, resources, planning and accountability. My passion for helping others stems from the belief that health and wellness play a vital role in our ability to thrive. In order to live fully, we need to feel capable of pursuing the things that are meaningful to us. Walking alongside others toward better health is an honor that I cherish.
